I'm not sure the US has given Ukraine any long range missiles.
The ones hitting the data centers are I think https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fire_Point_FP-1
I don't think the US even has any like that to give.
The long range strikes only started after Trump's "you have no cards" oval office shindig where he basically told Zelensky to surrender and cut aid. After that Trump lost a lot of influence to protect Russia.
