Even if this specific comment is a psyop or shill of some sort, they make these comments partially because a lot of people nod their head in agreement.
Like, Trump himself screamed about obliterating Iran on like easter, despite the utter logistical impossibility of the US doing that without resorting to nuclear weapons. A lot of his supporters are explicitly upset he hasn't done it yet.
