Nothing is better.
Only a hyperpartisan brain could refer to that as any sort of victory.
Run through the objectives at the outset of this “war” (illegal and unprovoked attack on a sovereign state), and then compare that against “price of oil going back to pre-war levels”.
Trust me, by almost any metric you can think of, this was a strategic defeat for the US.
