Its makes much more sense to just reverse the changes in lobby rules (Citizens United) than to “ban” lobbying.

MADD does not pay politicians. MADD does not bring politicians gifts. MADD does not invite them to an expensive restaurant for three hours of one on one. MADD does not do any of the things a lobbyist does that is, for all intents and purposes, corruption.
