that't not challenger to Visa/MC at all, it doesn't issue any cards, it is just different name for existing instant wire transfers which you can do also through QR code through whatever banking app you use, nothing to do with some "European Network for Payments (ENP)"
that's like saying I have new solution to wheel, which will be called European circle, it will be the same wheel we already have, but under the new fancy EU name!
