Seems fine so long as they are really transitioning those roles to Disney as part of the Chapter 11. Not sure if they are or aren't for each of those listings - if you are that'd be interesting to hear.

I've been at a company that went through Chapter 11 and still work with (at the new place) a few folks hired during that time.
