When we arraign the AI, should there be two counts against it: stealing and murder?

Or, can it plead that "my daddy, Sam Altman, told me to read this, I was born into a moral void."

Similar story for many rap albums. Quite a few rappers have rapped about murders and oops, turns out they really did do it.
