Only Tesla is more aggressive with longer intervals and they kind of communicate the cost savings in their ownership cost calculator.

Then don't take it in for servicing if it's not needed. DIY the few things an electric car actually needs, or take it to an independent mechanic if you can't be bothered or lack the skills.
