All of the examples in the article, like the fruit fly brain or a de-slopped android tv, also do not solve the money problem. they are examples of nontechnical people showing initiative, in the way that the technical person is not, but they are not examples of monetized things that demonstrate either party has solved that for themselves.

Just saying stop doing something while offering no alternative or addressing the reason why the pattern exists wont really provide any introspection

The software factory is still the way out for a software engineer or anybody inspired to produce software slop
