In rural areas I’d guess having access to at least a little land is more common. Not that it necessarily makes the original idea practical.

My point was that pork can compete with tofu under the right conditions.
Heck, unless you're riding your bike to buy groceries, you will spend more than the extra 1-2 extra kg in gas getting to the supermarket (3-4 miles per kg CO₂e)
