alt Hacker NewsI'd venture the legal forces that Apple can bring to bear are not in the same ballpark as Rolex. I'd expect Apple to use their influence with US govt to get Customs to stop shipments from coming in. It's not like these devices would be made in the US.

But they also don't have to be bought exclusively in the US.
Clones/knock offs are already illegal. Doesn't really stop em. Only technology solutions can, until they're broken as well.
