Capitalism doesn't work like that. The promise of "less work" is only possible if you're the only one that can unlock those productivity gains, but if your competitors are also able to access those gains, they will eat your marketshare if you just work less.

The whole post is just a deep misunderstanding of what it means to live in capitalist societies.
