We even gave up on Trump's tax returns, and gave up the emoluments clause given that he is the CEO of a publicly traded company and has multiple cryptocurrency scams. If he actually gives up power in 2029 I'm pretty sure he'll do a mass pardon. But since presidents aren't supposed to pardon themselves I wouldn't be surprised if it can be struck down.
