Some might call this lawlessness, but in a society where the government is keeping secrets from its own constituents, this sort of actions are the only ones a citizen can realistically do to return from a lawless and corrupt government, sadly.

Shame some societies digress into this state in the first place, even bigger shame when they keep sliding deeper and deeper into it.
