Rest in Piece. I was mainly talking about Shanghai, but this terrible event in Korea is always on my mind this day. In Shanghai Halloween was used for dissent, people would dress up in controversial outfits (obscene and or politically charged) this year it is banned to dress up, although maybe only in certain places.
