I wanted to reverse engineer a win-xp era game with boring music and make it play my own selections--inherently a fair-use activity. The game was somewhat obfuscated, so while I've used ghidra successfully at work, I wasn't able to work out how the game's system design even after a saturday of poking at it.

Claude has already refused to perform incredibly not-security-relevant tasks, so I'm guessing it will simply not help with this now either. Today, I am, for the first time, looking into my own LLM hardware.
