You can still hitch a ride on a pearling lugger to the horizontal falls and shoot them with a homemade sea kayak in real life .. and as yet there's no VR / AR plugin for that in the digital world - at least not one with real whirlpool stoppers, salt water crocodiles, and warm equatorial water sharks.
