I'd prefer some variant of "This letter has been written electronically and is cryptographically signed by the private key representing the <meat or machine> entity known as '<name goes here>'. The matching public key is located at <web address> and attached to this message at <timedatestamp>." Fairly trivial to automate, and gives all outgoing messages a clear and easily verifiable chain of provenance. But that's just me. :)
