If someone wittingly did something, or unwittingly but negligently did something, and it caused harm to society, it doesnt matter if theyre an individual acting alone or part of a "corporate identity." That person did the crime and they should be held accountable. Kalshi isnt doing illegal gambling, the directors of the company are.
