This is more of an amusing story, but it kind of fits ...

I have a relative who started (what has become) a successful winery.

During the first few years he worked on the winery on nights/weekends, but he kept his day-job as a finance guy at a relatively large company.

He told me he had to give a presentation at the company one day, plugged his laptop into the conference room projector and up popped a spreadsheet of wine-making measurements (pH, temperature, % alcohol, etc.). He said everyone in the room laughed.
