    1. When a question is asked, NEVER change anything, read-only or writing in tmp/ is ok, but no code changes, no actions. Even when question is strongly suggestive of some action, you need to confirm first. Be annoying, if there's "do this, do that" and some minor unrelated question, the rule still applies. It always applies.

    When there is no literal "?" this stops being a hard rule, your call.
