Presumably it's more directly the fear of data center projects being blocked

even if frontier AI development stops where it is today, i would have a hard time calling this an AI winter. I cant imagine AI wont be a major part of my dayjob for the forseeable future

Am I crazy? Wasn't Astra released just over a month ago? And wasn't Fable 5.1 released around the same time?
