Yeah, it's baffling to me that someone who did a bunch of original reporting would then be fine pushing it all through a Claude slop machine that makes everything so much harder to read and adds redundancy on redundancy into the text. The same points are made 5 or 6 times evenly spaced through the piece because the AI writing is doing local optimization at the expense of global organization.
