They just won a state election a few weeks ago, and they're also ahead in nation-wide polls - how can you ban a party that receives the majority vote of the population?

I have grown tired of anyone calling mildly conservative views as far right or authoritarian. Look at the condition Europe is in.

I think they are worried by the wrath of AfD voters. Would've been easier if they had done it years ago, I think there has been a lot of evidence that they are unconstitutional in Germany for a long time?

There's nothing the German state hates more than democracy.

The main problem is that these far-right parties have backing of all billionaires around the western world. They are extremely well funded, they have used propaganda to lie to their citizens and gain adepts, they have loyalists inside institutions that will undermine any attempt to apply the law.

Never let your far-right parties grow. It should be banned, it should have been banned years ago.

By the way, defund billionaires. The Epstein class is behind the funding of these extremist dangerous parties.

History tells us, that only works in shortest of terms. If anything it raises their anti-establishment reputation (see how NDSAP was banned and it did nothing to stop Hitler's rise).

EU and Germany's woes won't go away with banning a party. You can't have a single currency without a joint fiscal policy (aka federal state).

Yeah, nothing smells like protecting the democracy more than banning opposing parties. /s
